Return & Refund Policy O2PLLC
To be eligible for a refund, customers must first initiate a return request by contacting customer service to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Number). Within 30 days of receiving the RMA#, product(s) must be delivered to the designated return address with the RMA# clearly printed on the front and back of the package. Once the product has been received, it will be processed within 5 - 10 days to validate the RMA#, the unused product, and the original packaging. If all criteria are met, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within another 5 - 10 business days. A total of 10 - 20 business days should be allowed for complete processing and funding of refunds from returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. The company does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The company is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Unfortunately, if the item is returned without first contacting customer service and obtaining an RMA#, it is ineligible for a full refund. In the event that an item is returned without an RMA#, the item may be rejected by our fulfillment department, and could then be sent back to the customer. Please note any shipping costs that occur in this process will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If customers desire to exchange an item, they must first contact customer service and initiate the exchange, at which time customer service will initiate the fulfillment of replacement product(s) as deemed necessary. Customers must obtain an RMA# from customer service and write the RMA# on the front and back of the package along with the word EXCHANGE. Exchange items must be returned within 30 days of obtaining an RMA#, otherwise the full purchase price of the replacement product will be billed to the original form of payment provided by the customer. Once an item is exchanged it is ineligible for any refund amount. An item may only be exchanged within thirty days of purchasing your item. The company will not exchange items 30 days past the purchase date.
In the event that a customer elects to opt out of returning an item for a full refund, and accepts a partial refund to keep the product, the customer then becomes ineligible to return that same item for a full refund.
If you made a mistake in ordering and ordered the wrong product please follow the same return process outlined above.
Refunds (If applicable)
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact customer service.

2.2 You authorize O2PVAPE.com (O2PLLC)to initiate a charge to your credit card as indicated upon your purchase and in section 2.1.1.
2.2.2 Your product will ship within 24-72 hours and will arrive within 5-7 business days. If your product does not arrive within the allotted amount of time, please call customer service to address the delay. Although we always strive to make our deliveries as timely as possible, circumstances may arise outside of our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other postal delays, which may impede a the timely arrival of your product. You agree we are not liable for such delays.
